1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Inquifly (the "Service"), operated by Trill Sapp LLC d/b/a TRISP Studio ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Inquifly is an inquiry management assistant for photographers. The Service receives inbound inquiry emails forwarded to your Inquifly address, processes them using artificial intelligence to extract key information (dates, packages, preferences), and generates draft email responses for your review before sending. The Service integrates with your Google Calendar (if connected) to check availability when processing inquiries that contain a preferred date. All AI-generated drafts require your review and approval before being sent.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• Review all AI-generated drafts before sending to ensure accuracy and appropriateness.
• Not use the Service to send spam, harassing, or misleading communications.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate email draft responses. AI-generated content is provided as a suggestion only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before it is sent. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or suitability of AI-generated content for your specific needs.

6. Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-provided content), is owned by Trill Sapp LLC. You retain ownership of your business information and email content. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRILL SAPP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
